The South African peninsula’s Mediterranean-type climate is perfect for wine production and the winelands are at the heart of this age-old Cape tradition. Amidst world-renowned cultivars, our modest vineyards are slowly growing, recently expanded to include red grape varieties.
Making wine is a gradual process, driven by patience as much as passion, so until the first batch of red is ready for bottling the new vineyards can be enjoyed for their seasonally altering appearance.
