Lotus HR & Recruitment is a professional recruitment and HR services company, managed by the sole Director, who started her career in the Recruitment sector, in 2001. We specialise in the Technical, Engineering, Supply Chain, Petro-chem, FMCG, Manufacturing and Executive Management fields, with recent expertise gained in Finance and IT fields. Lotus HR & Recruitment is based in Somerset West, however, have a candidate and client base on a national level, working with small, medium and international clients.

We pride ourselves on efficient, effective and targeted personal service to our client base, with a solid understanding of the client’s requirements, in both skill set and in company culture dynamics, providing cost effective solutions to staffing requirements.

MARY DE WET

Sound expertise in HR, Sourcing and Recruitment to clients in the Manufacturing, Construction, Civil, Renewable Energy, Supply Chain, Petrochemical and Engineering sectors. She has sound experience in executive search, recruitment, project management since joining the recruitment industry in 2001 and specialises in Equity networking and sourcing.

In addition, Mary is well-networked in Gauteng as well as in the Eastern and Western Cape; giving her a pool of talent focused on BEE based candidates She has also been actively involved in the management of recruitment projects with International market leaders in the Automotive and FMCG sectors by sourcing the technical and engineering staff for the various phases of these projects and provided expertise on scarce skills. Her international Executive Search training has given her a professional perspective on sourcing the talent and skills required, while not waiting for executive talent to apply to normal advertised positions.

In 2007, Mary was awarded the Consultant of the Year Award for the Eastern Cape/Border region through APSO which was adjudicated by Industry Leaders both Local and International. This award was based not only on client references but on industry knowledge, candidate references and above all, passion for her industry.
