In the Office Rudera is a partnership between Johan (Twana) and Elbie van Vuuren and Riana Hall. Johan puts his years of invaluable business expertise to work, directing the financial and legal side of things. Both he and wife, Elbie, can be found lending a hand when needed in the vineyard or cellar. Riana, co-founder of Rudera in 1999, is responsible for the day to day managing of the business and also assists with marketing and exports.
In the Cellar Chris Keet is technical consultant and mentor, assuming overall responsibility for the winemaking and vineyard management. Adele Swart, his assistant is a seasoned winemaker and is also responsible for sales and marketing. Mzi Galada is Rudera's cellar hand and has been for many years.
