Schalk’s Canvasses was started by the owner Schalk Kruger, in 2008. This Cape Town based company prides itself on producing top quality artist canvases.

All canvases are hand crafted and made to order. Stock available at the workshop in Somerset West. BEST prices on artist canvases guaranteed in the Western Cape.

All canvases are blocked and stretched with 10 ounce canvas and available in 2.2cm or 4.4cm blocked. Every canvas is primed twice with a high quality canvas primer.

If you are in a hurry the canvas of your choice can be made within 48 hours.

Schalk’s Canvasses provides you with high quality 2.2cm or 4.4cm boxed artist canvas, manufactured with 410g canvas material and an acrylic (double) prime. Schalk has stock available at the workshop in Somerset West OR you can place an order and it will be manufactured within 2 to 3 days. Custom sizes available with a quick turn around time...
