Wetton Emergency and Training Services, established in 2010, is a BEE Company at the forefront of offering professional medical services, resources and training in the Western Cape Region. We offer medical services for any type of event, big or small. Our aim is to provide clients with the assurance that their event is professionally and adequately covered.

We understand your health and safety concerns when staging events, whether large or small. Our services therefore give you peace of mind as we oversee the disaster risk management of your event, whether it be a corporate event, sporting event, music festival or any other event where health and safety are of the essence. We use only registered and experienced practitioners, ranging from Basic to Advanced Life Support. We equip our staff with emergency equipment so that they can deal with any emergency that might arise during an event.

We believe our differentiator to be the delivery of a top-class service at highly competitive prices, most times going beyond the call of duty to ensure that the client’s needs are always fulfilled.

Wetton Emergency and Training Services was founded by Registered Paramedic and veteran in Emergency Medical Care, Jerome Jacobs, who during his 39 years involvement in the Emergency Medical Services industry realised the need for professional services at sporting and other special events. As the Company developed, an additional need was identified for First Aid and Health and Safety training and so the Company diversified to include these crucial training elements for Corporates and members of the community at large.

24 HOUR AMBULANCE SERVICE (for events only)

• Ambulance(s) on site
• Fully equipped
• Manned by two medics
• No delays in transporting of the sick or the injured
• Provision of medical personnel on-site for quick reaction to accidents/incidents and immediate care of sick or injured
• Skills range from Basic Life Support, Intermediate Life Support, Advanced Life Support to Professional Nurses and Doctors, depending on the needs of Clients. Registered with either Health Professionals Council of South Africa or the South African Nursing Council
• Assist with evacuation procedures, when appropriate
• Equipped to deal with any medical emergency that may arise
