There are currently 23 ‘official’ South African wine routes constituted by geographical wine-growing location, as well as several special interest wine routes such as the Cape 62 wine route, believed to be the longest in the world, as well as the Green Mountain Eco route – the world’s first biodiverse wine route.

How We Got Started
So, you have kids and life as you know it is over… Life is better than it has ever been, because they are just the best, BUT where to go and what to do that is amazing both for them and for YOU?
Our mission as a family is to discover the best of the Cape Winelands (and beyond), where you can relax and treat all your senses while your kids have fun in beautiful and safe surroundings …
Join us on our adventures with our little adventurers, and we will share some of our best experiences. With having visited a triple-figure number of wineries as a family so far (follow us to find out when, which and exactly how many). We will share the best of both past and present discoveries and will highlight those spots that continue to be consistently superb. Blending past and present, we take you back in time on a journey from the first wine farm that we visited as a nuclear family, when our son was 10 days old, to now – over a decade later – and eventually share with you our explosive current count of different wineries visited.
